1.   D.   Page 9 of the AG Guideline on Bias Incidents lists the following 20 offenses:

1. Murder
2. Manslaughter
3. Rape
4. Robbery
5. Aggravated Assault
6. Burglary
7. Larceny-Theft
8. Simple Assault
9. Fear of Bodily Violence (N.J.S.A. 2C:33-10)
10. Arson
11. Criminal Mischief
12. Damage to Property:Threat of Violence (N.J.S.A. 2C:33-11)
13. Weapons Offense
14. Sex Offenses (except Rape)
15. Terroristic Threats
16. Trespass
17. Disorderly Conduct (N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2)
18. Harassment
19. Desecration of Venerated Objects
20. All Other Bias Incidents

 

2.   B.   A simple assault committed against a DYFS worker engaged in the performance of his or her duties is elevated to Aggravated Assault. Below is an excerpt from the statute:

5) Commits a simple assault as defined in subsection a. (1), (2) or (3) of this section upon:

(e) Any employee of the Division of Child Protection and Permanency while clearly identifiable as being engaged in the performance of his duties or because of his status as an employee of the division; or

 

3.   A.   The minimum score for all handgun and shotgun courses is 80%. See page 9-9 of the AG Guideline on Firearms.

 

4.   D.   All can be found on page 2 of the AG Guideline on Eyewitness Identification.

 

5.   B.   Under 23:4-16, the law reads as follows:

Prohibited hunting practices; penalty
d. (1) No person, except the owner or lessee of the building and persons specifically authorized by him in writing, which writing shall be in the person's possession, shall, for the purpose of hunting, taking or killing any wildlife, have in his possession a loaded firearm while within 450 feet of any occupied building in this State, or of any school playground.
