According to the Royal Gazette, frequent New Jersey cop critic Delacy Davis "is being sued by the United States government along with non-profit black empowerment group Women in Support of the Million Man March and its executive director Frederica Bey; they are said to have spent nearly $200,000 in federal grant money and written fictitious reports and proposals to cover it up."
