What Makes a Great
Police Department?
Every
officer has an opinion on what makes a great police
department. We want yours!
Submit
several sentences or submit several pages. We want it all.
If you
have every criticized a boss or pondered how you would do
things differently, we want your opinion.
It does
have to be strictly about a police department either. It
could be any law enforcement organization.
What do
you think makes a great law enforcement agency?
If you
know of any examples of great agencies, please name them and
what you feel makes them so great.
And, yes,
we want to hear from every rank, especially the lower ranks.
We will
be assembling it all into what should prove to be a very
interesting read.
